New Inactivity Policy: Inactive users now have two weeks to respond to the inactivity notice message in their YT inbox. If inactive members fail to do so they can and will be replaced within any songs they planned to participate in. Members deemed inactive for more than two weeks (the deadline of the message response) will also be placed under temporary removal and will only be part of the chorus once more after they reply to the "Temporary Removal" message. This is not to hurt or worry any members, only to make sure that all members are active and able to do the vocals or animations/mixing they are scheduled to do.
Late Vocals, Animations, or Mixing: Late work is no longer going to be accepted. You MUST respond to any song update messages at least TWO DAYS before the original set deadline with a request to extend the deadline or with a notice that you will be unable to participate. Please refrain from sending in late vocals or other work... (Again this is not to be rude or hurtful this is simply so we aren't rushing/fretting over work not being submitted.)
